User content\u003C/h2>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>13.1 \u003C/strong>You grant BLE a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use content you submit (including reviews and messages) for operational and promotional purposes.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>13.2\u003C/strong> You confirm that all content you submit is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe third-party rights.\u003C/p>\u003Ch2>14. Limitation of liability\u003C/h2>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>17.1\u003C/strong> Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>17.2\u003C/strong> Subject to clause 17.1, BLE’s total liability arising from your membership shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BLE in the \u003Cstrong>12 months preceding the claim\u003C/strong>.\u003C/p>\u003Ch2>18.
