Frontline19

Description

We are a non-profit organisation set up in 2020 that provides free and confidential 1-1 counselling and psychological support to NHS and frontline workers. Our services are self-referral. We can also offer team and organisational interventions when required.

At the frontline of emotional wellbeing

Services offered

We offer 1-1 qualified free and confidential counselling for a wide range of mental health needs including but not limited to PTSD/I, Moral injury, trauma, addiction, anxiety, burnout and depression to all those in patient-facing roles. We are not a crisis service. Your need does not need to be related to work and we are completely independent of the NHS. We also offer teams and orgs/Trusts workshops, debriefs and psychological interventions on a case-by-case basis.

Who they support

We principally specialise in offering support to all frontline patient-facing NHS and healthcare workers, including students.

How to access

Support is available via confidential self-referral, just go to our website. Lead times vary but cases are triaged according to need.
